Louna Arki electricity contract
Louna Arki is an electricity contract valid until further notice. The energy price of the contract follows the development of the market price of electricity and is updated when necessary. We will notify you of price changes well in advance, at least one month before the new price takes effect. The contract can be terminated with a 14-day notice period.
In the area of Turku Energia Sähköverkot Oy's distribution network, the Louna Arki electricity contract is our electricity product that is subject to delivery.

The prices for the Louna Arki contract will be updated
The new prices will take effect on 1 October 2025. The new prices are:

Effective from the upcoming pricing period starting on 1 October 2025, the energy price for general electricity under the Louna Varma electricity contract will increase by approximately 13%, the daytime energy price for night electricity by approximately 13 %, and the nighttime energy price for night electricity by approximately 14%, compared to the levels as of 1 April 2025.
During the pricing period, the forward market price for electricity for the coming winter trended upwards. In March–April, prices temporarily declined due to tariff threats from the United States. However, the most severe concerns related to global economic growth prospects eased towards late spring. The deterioration in the Nordic hydrological balance from last winter’s exceptionally high levels has also contributed to the rise in forward market prices for next winter. Particulary in southern Norway, the hydrological situation has weakened, especially in terms of snowpack accumulation in the mountains and groundwater reserves. Furthermore, during the summer period, a July heatwave, low wind power output, and lower-than-normal nuclear generation in Sweden have further deteriorated Sweden’s hydrological balance, which has been reflected in higher spot price expectations. The winter season price level is typically higher than summer product prices due to increased electricity demand for heating.
According to section 8.3 of the Terms of Electricity Sales 2024 the vendor has the right to change the terms of a sale contract and prices, if the reason for the change is a change in the procurement costs of electricity incurred by the vendor.
The obligation of electricity suppliers ensures that all households and small electricity users always have at least one provider from whom they can secure an electricity contract. Electricity contracts under the obligation must be reasonably priced in relation to market price levels.
In every region of Finland, there is an electricity company responsible for offering obligated electricity contracts to the residents of that area. Turku Energia is the obligated electricity supplier in the Turku Energia Electricity Networks area.

The Louna Arki electricity contract is available to consumer and business customers within Turku Energia's obligation to supply. To sign up, please contact our customer service. When making the agreement, we will verify that the customer is eligible to enter into a Louna Arki contract. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the eligibility criteria are not met

Please note that by making an electricity contract with us, you authorize Turku Energia to make a network service agreement in your name with the distribution network operator and to take the necessary steps to start the electricity supply with your current electricity seller.
By making an electricity contract with us, you confirm that you have the right to make an electricity contract for the specified usage location and that any other parties to the contract approve this action.

Climate-friendly electricity contract
The contract's electricity is 100% renewable energy. It is produced in an environmentally friendly and emission-free way with wind energy, hydropower and biomass.
The Turku Energia Terms of Electricity Sales shall be applied to this contract. The up-to-date list of Electricity Sales service charges is available at the same page.
The contract will expire at the end of the term. If the customer has not entered into a new fixed-term contract, we will secure the customer's supply of electricity with a new non-fixed-term contract for an electricity sales product that is in accordance with our obligation to deliver.
The annual amount of energy in the consumer customer's electricity contract can be a maximum of 60,000 kWh. If the consumer customer's annual consumption exceeds the above-mentioned amount, the contract is exchanged for one that better corresponds to the consumption amount.
