You can pay your Turku Energia invoice in the way that is most convenient for you. In addition to the traditional paper invoice, you can choose e-invoice, email invoice, or the free digital mailbox Kivra.

Whichever billing method you choose, you can always find your invoices by logging into our EnergiaOnline service. There, you will find all the information needed for payment and can easily check that your payments are up to date.

Why switch to electronic billing?

Easy and convenient

An electronic invoice is a hassle-free way to receive and pay your bills. You can choose to have it sent directly to your internet bank as an e-invoice, to your email as a PDF, or to the digital mailbox Kivra. No more lost or hard-to-find paper invoices – everything is easily accessible in electronic form.

Choose e-invoice – save paper

Producing and transporting paper invoices consumes natural resources and generates emissions. An e-invoice reduces paper use and can lessen environmental impact compared to paper invoices.

Fast and secure

An electronic invoice arrives quickly – no need to wait for the mail. In addition, e-invoices are safe and reliable – they do not get lost, and you can be sure they are always stored securely.

Available billing methods

Paper invoice

If your contract is not linked to an electronic service, you can receive your invoice by traditional mail. You can switch to e-invoice or email invoice whenever it suits you.

Email invoice

When you order an email invoice, we send the invoice as a PDF to your email as soon as it is generated. You can easily order an environmentally friendly email invoice in EnergiaOnline: open the "Omat tiedot" (“My information”) page and click "Muokkaa tietojasi" (“Edit your information”).

E-invoice to internet bank

An e-invoice is an electronic invoice that you receive directly in your internet bank. You receive it as soon as it is created, and payment is easy. Log in to your internet bank and go to e-invoices. Search for the invoice issuer: for electricity contracts Turku Energia, for electricity transmission Turku Energia Sähköverkot. Enter the reference number from a previous invoice you received from us, approve the agreement – and say goodbye to paper invoices!

Digital mailbox Kivra

With Kivra, you can automatically receive, pay, and archive invoices and other documents from all companies connected to the service. The service is free for users.

E-invoice for companies

As a business customer, you can receive your invoices via an invoice operator. This makes everyday life easier as invoices are handled electronically. Provide us with your e-invoice address and operator code, and we can send your invoices electronically.

Digital mailbox Kivra – easy and secure bill payment

In Kivra, you pay invoices using your bank credentials directly from your bank account, just like in your internet bank. You do not need separate credit or debit cards. Payment is secure – each invoice is confirmed with your bank’s code list or app. The amount is debited from your account immediately after confirming the payment.

Smoother everyday life together

Does someone close to you need help paying bills, or do you have shared family expenses? With Kivra, you can manage payments together or even entirely on behalf of another person by sharing the service with another Kivra user.

How to get started with Kivra

You can use Kivra in your web browser or by downloading the mobile app. Register securely using your bank credentials or mobile certificate, and you will receive a Kivra user account.

Once you have activated Kivra, you will receive a notification on your phone or email whenever a new invoice arrives. You will also get a reminder when the due date is approaching. This way, no invoices get lost, and everything is paid on time.

  2. Register with your bank credentials or mobile certificate

  3. Done! Your next invoice will arrive electronically in Kivra

Good to know about Kivra

Currently, only paper invoices can be received in Kivra. E-invoices, direct debits, and email invoices work as before.

Your paper invoices are automatically sent to Kivra once you have registered for the service. You do not need to separately activate Turku Energia invoices in Kivra.

You can easily remove individual companies from your Kivra account. After that, you will receive your invoices as paper invoices again.

MobilePay

It is currently not possible to pay our invoices with MobilePay. We will notify when MobilePay becomes available.
