Report a fault in the electricity network

We monitor the status of the electricity network around the clock. Our monitoring systems receive immediate notifications of major network faults. For this reason, there is no need to call us right when a power outage begins. First, check our communication channels. If there is no information about the outage even after a short while, you can report it using our fault report form.

Power outages in Turku on the map

You can check the current status of electricity distribution on our outage map.

The map is divided by districts, and the site includes a search function that allows you to look up a specific address. However, your own house will not appear on the map – only individual distribution transformers that supply electricity to users. It’s good to note that your transformer may sometimes be located far from your home.

Power outages appear on the map as soon as they are known to Turku Energia Sähköverkot. We monitor the electricity network around the clock. Major faults are immediately registered in our systems and shown on the outage map right away. Smaller faults do not appear automatically; we update the map with this information as soon as possible.
